John Koch, Elder
John grew up in Meridian, Mississippi. He was in the business world for 20 years. In 1997, after having lived in Mississippi his entire life, John and his wife, Kay, and sensed God’s calling him into the ministry. They moved to Memphis, Tennessee, attended seminary, and served on staff in a Memphis church. John and Kay have served in ministry for about 20 years, pastoring churches, doing missions work, and working in church revitalizations. They became members at Christ Fellowship in December of 2021. They love the church and are grateful to serve the Lord here. John loves the centrality of God’s word at Christ Fellowship and has a special passion for discipling men. At present, John works as a chaplain/bereavement counselor for Riverside Home Health and Hospice.
